Data collection?

I don't see anywhere on the site that says how the data is collected or used, what information is stored etc. Not that it makes it trustworthy but at least I have a sense of intentions upon my data. Instead you have a term "We cannot be held liable for any damages" - when you are processing my username and password I want more assaurance than that! Hmm this is the support line but questions going back days have no answer/response either.
