Just post from Laconica to TwitPic

Doesn't the TwitPic API allow to only post a picture?

I want to send a picture via Twhirl and Laconica/identi.ca account to TwitPic.
The message will be posted on identi.ca.
Optional (a Laconica feature) the message will also be sent to twitter.
