Wrong Photo showing After Upload

When I upload a photo from my phone, the wrong image is showing up. It's my image but not the one I'm trying to upload. The one showing up is an older image that I deleted from my phone awhile back. I know I am choosing the correct image as I have tried it 3 times now. This happens consistently though not everytime I use TwitPic from my phone. So, I think it's fixed and then it happens again. Suggestions?
