Initial startup seems to take a long time
Seems to me that the app takes a long time to start up the first time - the notification icon becomes visible immediately, but the rest of the app takes a long time to come up. I end up double-clicking the notification icon several times, thinking that the window is just hidden... but it's just loading. Could be confusing for people.

Inappropriate?Can I have some details on your machine's hardware ? I'm trying this on a pentium M 1.7Ghz with XP and it's almost instant. Can you measure how many seconds for example it takes ? That would be most helpful.

Inappropriate?I've got a Pentium 4 (with HyperThreading) 3.2 GHz with Windows XP MCE.
From a cold start, it takes about 8 seconds for the main window to appear fully drawn.
After having opened the app once before during a session, it drops to about 6 seconds before the window appears (probably because of cached files / .NET stuff, etc.)
The notification icon itself appears very quickly - pretty much immediately after the "verifying application requirements" window that you get with ClickOnce apps. But then there's several seconds of waiting before the main window appears. -
Inappropriate?R104 should be very fast to boot on your machine. Let me know if it's not.
