I almost never discover @replies to me when they happen, because they are not included on my timeline (aka the recent tab on my twitter home page), and they never come to my phone. This is annoying. Is there some way to see @replies to me on the Recent tab, rather than having them segregated away on a different tab?
I already set up my phone for texting, I am with Bell Canada, and I got verified - why can't I sent text updates? I tried already, sending to 21212 and nothing is happening, PLEASE HELP!
Can someone from Twitter confirm whether or not this is an "official" channel for reporting spam to Twitter support? I only bring this up because it seems to be misleading people (I've never heard Crystal or anyone else from Twitter mention @spam as a way of reporting spam). For all we know this could have been set up by a spammer who wants spam reports to disappear into the ether.

I have a question about protected updates and followers...
Let's say I (A) have my updates protected. I follow two people (B and C). They proteced their updates too. B and C follow me and each other - everyone sees updates from everyone.
What happens now if I follow a new person D (also with protected updates) but B and C don't follow him? Can D see updates and/or replys from B and C? And vice versa, Can B and C see updates or replies from D? For instance D replies to my update and so on...
I am getting this message "Please try to match the 2 words shown above, or try the audio version" after I fill username, password and email ID. I am getting any other words on the screen
A deleted user (spammer) appears in my followers list. I tried to block them at one point, but they were still in my list. How do I get rid of them once and for all?
Whenever I try to update through the Twitter IM I get "TwitterIM is under maintenance at the moment. Please check back later."
And I never get anyone else's updates either. :/ Is there ANY way to fix this?
Also, I had deleted the IM device from my twitter account just to see if re-adding a different screen name will work, but now the entire box is gone and I can't put anything in.
Why do I see @replies show up as updates on the home page of my Twitter account? Here's the process that I'm doing, and I don't understand what the efect is:
- Start with my general update on what I'm doing:
"I'm at the concert, anybody here?"
Everybody that is following me gets an update with my update
- I then @reply to somebody that has sent me an update
"@myfriend That sounds great"
Only "myfriend" gets this reply
- When I go to my twitter account online, I see that my current update is the @reply and no longer what I set originally. Is this what ppl are going to see when they check my status?
I have deleted my original account & I'm trying to delete duplicate account to start over but I can't log in. It creates another account every time I try to log in. I can't even post this problem without signing up again!!!!
PS I've tried following the steps to delete but can't get in to account to delete it!!
I keep getting emails about people starting to follow me, but when I go to their page, I'm told it doesn't exist. I'm worried that spammers/creepy people are following me secretly.
It seems like I stopped getting emails a week or two ago. Plus Jabber/IM has been down forever. I have no idea what's going on in Twitter now, and I don't have time to visit the site regularly.
