This may be more of a CSS question, but is related with Twitter anyways.
How do you make http:// links from the twitter feed look like clickable links in the html widget? look at http://topazlabs.com, top right corner for an example. I have all these is.gd links and I'd like to make them clickable using CSS. Is this even possible?
My question is in regards to css customization of the html/javascript badges. If all that shows in my source code is the javascript, how am I supposed to style it with css? Is there a list somewhere of the style's used, or a way to view the html the the javascript is outputting?
My question is about Twitter HTML/Javascript Badge customization. I don't know CSS. Isn't there an easier way to do this? Has anyone set up some sort of "builder" so you can set the settings of how you want your tweets to view? (aka color, width, font, etc) If not, is Twitter planning on adding this feature?
In my home page, the top of the sidebar says "Hi, Mislav Marohni?" and displays a small icon that is my avatar. HTML for that IMG tag says the icon size is 24x24 px and the PNG image is indeed that size. But, CSS says the size is 31x31 (screen.css, line 368), which takes precedence and resizes the icon a few pixels up making it look bad.
Long strings without spaces do not wrap around and cause Twitter's CSS to shove the margins over making some links impossible to click. An unusual problem, but a fixable one I imagine.
So I've added the badge to my myspace page, but I cannot figure out how to show more than the latest twit in the badge. I tried using Jon's code that is linked in the FAQ, but alas, Myspace will not allow javascript. Is there a html or css workthrough that will accomplish the same task?
When I view my home page, the timeline tweets are spilling out to the right, covering over the sidebar so that I can't actually use any of the links there, not to mention making it a pain to read my timeline. This has only been a problem for me today, it's only a problem on my home page (and not when viewing others' pages), it is a problem on both my Macs, and changing the window size doesn't affect it.
I'd totally love to see some more options for styling my twitter page. I'm not saying being able to ditch the twitter logo but perhaps having more control over the css styles than we already have? I for one feel almost limited in my creativity with the options twitter gives me.
Thoughts? Shall we discuss a little more or is this in the pipe line already? I'd be totally stoked if this was on the product map somewhere.
Is it possible to make twitter a screen reader accessible inclusion in a web site? Is it already in an accessible format?
I'm trying to make my site as accessible as possible.
