Couple of issues with Direct messages :(
1. Mobile updates is activated (even reset it just for fun)
2. I use twitterfox to view tweets (but no IM's)
3. This has been an ongoing thing since I joined a looong time ago (Pre 2008)
4. I use 21212 code and a Telus (mobility) client, Lg 8600 Chocolate Flip (but had a motorola before May 08)
-> I don't receive all my direct messages, skips a few
-> Messages received that are split up, I only get the 2/2 part, which 98% of the time is the "reply to d" only part of the message. And it's not split up by my phone since it's formatted different in the twitter msgs than my other texts.
I just recently found out that with Telus, outgoing messages split after 134 characters. So with the extra characters of "direct from username [...] reply with 'd username hi'" that are on top of the 140 characters.
It's like being told someone wants to tell you something.. but you gotta wait til you get home and on the computer to hear it.. Which defeats the purpose of being mobile..
