Recently active topics in Twitter tagged with hours

Can I configure sleep for my phone so I get catch-up notifications when my service wakes up in the morning? (I.e. so I don't miss nighttime notifications, but instead delay them until i wake up.)

Same option might be similarly useful when i turn "on" updates after having explicitly "off"ed them for a while.

I don't have the Turn Off phone notification during these hours tick on the Notices screen.......
I am using Icewasel(Firefox in Linux) browser...
I am in Cairo and my contacts in USA, I really don't want to be up all night.. :)
