Recently active topics in Twitter tagged with older button

why is the archives' older button greyed out? is this a feature which has yet to be implemented? i've hand addressed the url to end with the ?page=2, only to have the page revert to page 1. i've tried variations with home, twittername, archives, etc.?

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TWO WEEKS. MY OLDER BUTTON DOES NOT FUNCTION. ON THE RARE ONE TIME OCCASION DURING FIVE MINUTES OF THE DAY THAT IT DOES, I CAN'T GET PAST THE FIRST PAGE.

NOT ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO I FOLLOW REPORTS THIS PROBLEM. IS IT MY TURN? IS THIS SYSTEMATIC BY ALPHABET?????????

ADDITIONALLY, I'VE NOT HAD ANY INFORMATION FROM ANYONE AT TWITTER.

What happened to the 'older' button at the bottom of the home page? I noticed it was gone yesterday, and have tested in two browsers (OSX+Safari, OSX+FF) and it is present in neither. Has this functionality been moved elsewhere?
