How about a notice when someone is Online or Offline, so we can see if we can write something back to them right away or to wait until they are on next time.

I just want to say that I think that the service that Twitter is providing is really great. I saw a story on TV this morning about how it solved a problem for a woman whose service to Comcast had been cut off, and then she got service quite quickly. The only thing I could add is for Twitter to have something like:Contact Us on the website so that if there is something that can be added it will go right to Twitter and not the whole world. A wonderful on line community.
