Recently created topics in Twitter tagged with phone

This morning my Mobile Updates started off like normal. Around 9:05, I got 2 in a row of the exact same update; then another, and another. I noticed that ALL my incoming updates were of the same person from 9:05AM. I sent an 'Off' message and got the typical "Device updates off... blah blah blah" message back, but then another repeat update from 9:05 came through. It's been doing this all day now, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason.

I've updated status by SMS. The text was 141 chars long.
But it was broken into 3 parts and in wrong order.

The SMS text 123 became 3 1 2 updates. (1, 2, 3 are parts)

Is it a bug or I am doing something wrong?

(If I'm doing all right, then I can suppose that the problem is in some 16bit encoding(need to say that the SMS was in Russian) + splitting long(160(or 140?)+ chars) SMS.)

I can't delete twitter sms messages. Whenever I open a twitter message my phone restarts itself & it wont let me delete the message. I have a Palm Treo. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm following someone but the option to receive updates via SMS or IM is greyed out (with Off selected) and telling me to activate. I have activated and set my twitter via my phone so I am sure my phone is activated. How do I convince Twitter to let me get device updates from someone?

I often receive blank messages instead of "good" messages...

I have a +47 mobile number with 8 digits following (typical Norwegian number). Twitter says it's invalid.
