Recently active topics in Twitter tagged with tweets

I posted about not receiving tweets on my phone and sent in the requested information (number, etc.) to have tweets delivered to a Canadian phone.

Now I can't even tweet FROM my phone, which was not a problem before!

I don't get tweets via SMS (I'm in the UK). I can send tweets and I get a reply when I follow someone via sms (i.e. not via the web).

Is there something I've set wrong?

In the past 24 hours (its now Monday morning July 21) no new tweets from people I am following show up on the main Twitter page (where normally you see all your friends' tweets. If I manually go to an individual friend's twitter page, then I see their updated tweets...but whatever process Twitter uses to aggregates these into a single feed of all my friends is failed. ANyone else having this problem now. It looks like others have had it in the past -- how do you recover from it?

are privacy filters ever coming to twitter? I want to filter who gets which tweets from me!

Is it possible to report someone for racist tweets? http://twitter.com/MonkPDX He was just annoying before, but now he's calling Barack Obama a "chimp" and an animal. I believe he should be removed for hate speech.

Can I get a user's complete public tweet history through the API without their authorization?

With authorization, the archive feature in the API seems to let me nab 100 past tweets at a time. Without authorization, the option seems to be limited to just up to 20 in the past 24 hours.

If they are public tweets, is there a pagination feature on the statuses/user_timeline that will allow the entire history to be retrieved with multiple calls?

Twitter is cutting off / truncating tweets that include quote marks or ampersands. It is also turning text into HTML. It is cutting off tweets that are 140 characters or less. It is breaking TINY URLs right in the middle, rendering them useless. Yet we hear nothing from Evan nor the developers! Please look at search.twitter.com and do a search for @twitter and you will see all of the complaints for yourself!!! http://search.twitter.com/search?q=@twitter

My tweets have disappeared from the search system. Can you tell me why? They were showing up while I was at BlogWorld this weekend, but starting yesterday they stopped showing. None of my tweets have shown there in the last 18 hours, few in the 48.
As you can see from this link, others tweets to me show, but none of mine do:

HELP! I depend on twitter to do my work... Need to know what I did to get booted from the search.

In the last hour I realized that I'm not seeing anyone else's tweets on my timeline through the web site. Visiting the individual pages of people I follow shows they have posted tweets, but the only ones I see are my own.

What is a tweet, and how do I see them? I got a notification that I had 13 tweets, but I don't even know what they are, much less how to see them!

Can you prevent tweets with no spaces like this? http://twitter.com/jessamyn/statuses/... It broke the entire front page of Twitter as shown in my screenshot.

I was under the impression that I could access ALL of my old Tweets in my archive, but currently I can only see 10 pages. Is that something new? Is there some other way to see everything I've ever tweeted?

How about other people's Tweet archives?
