@reply backlinks
@messages are hard to follow.
Sometimes I'm offline for a day or two, and people will @reply to messages that I wrote in the past. It's currently really hard for me to determine what they were commenting on. Isn't there some way we can string the two messages together with a backlink of sorts?

Inappropriate?There are usually "in reply to [username]" links at the bottom of @reply posts when you view them on the web. Assuming the user making the @reply post set it up correctly.

Inappropriate?Yes it's available via the twitter API, but it's up to the client you're using to support it. I don't use twitterfox so I couldn't tell you whether it does or not.
