A user is stalking me and starting to harass my twitter friends.

cdintennessee is my mother. She is very mentally ill. Recently she found my twitter account and has begun following my friends. I am ceasing my activity on the site due to this. She takes any information she finds on me and uses it against me. I am concerned, because I actually moved across the country to stop her stalking behaviors. I would like to still follow my friends, but this is a real safety issue for me and my family in Colorado. Aside from leaving twitter completely, which I don't want to do, is there anything you can do to help? I did try to block her, it obviously doesn't work. She just goes to my account, and can see who my friends are, follows THEM, and follows me via their retweets or via their lists.

Please help. I can't be the only one being menanced via this site. Is there something you can do?
