Account locked for no apparent reason.
My account has been locked because apparently I've tried to log in too many times. It was my first log on of the day and I was not logged on anywhere else. I have never had any trouble with entering a wrong password in the past and I know that it was the correct username and password this time. Help?!?

Inappropriate?I am asked to answer a captcha. is this the same as being locked as reported here? If not the same, I will start a new issue. I have been asked to answer a captcha many times recently with no consistent patter or reason. Yes, I am switching back and forth from one account sign-in after signing out from another. But I see no repeatable patter to why it happens. Sometimes on the first sign-in of the day. Sometimes not the first sign-in.
I’m frustated at the extra steps involved.
