Account still hasn't been deleted after 3+ days?!
I deleted an account after realising I can change the end of my url (e.g. twitter.com/yournamehere). It indicated to me that it would be 24hrs to delete. It has been well over 3 days since I deleted it (maybe 4) and it's still active. I want it gone so I can just change the end of my URL on my original account to the one I want.
The account I deleted was http://twitter.com/pinkcowsgomoo. I want that name for my original account, but obviously can't change it if that account name is still existing.
Help!

Inappropriate?I need to recover my old one because I forgot to deactivate my mobile.. And now I'm stuck with nothing with my new one since I tried recovering the old and clearing it for my new one but it's STILL says being deleted.
I’m furious.
