Add Group Sync to Twitter API

See my blog post at http://briankenyon.com/content/twitte... . I would love the ability for Twitter to support custom grouping in their API, similarl to how tweetdeck operates between the desktop app and the iphone app, but allow this syncing to happen across all services and applications that can connect to Twitter via an API.
