All configurations are correct, but I'm not getting any SMSs

I'm not getting tweets to my mobile anymore. I've re-added it, it didn't send me any confirmation although the phone is now verified in the settings. I also tried to set the notification to "off" on the site and return it to "on" by sending an sms, and it worked. But still nothing arrives to my mobile (only appears in the inbox). The notifications are configured to "phone", the IM is closed.

My carrier is Orange Israel.
