It says that I have 4 followers yet I only see 1. How can I find out who's following me if they don't appear?

Inappropriate?Surely SOMEone at twitter can read and then do something about this. There's far far too many complaints and I only want people I know following me not some half a$$ed looney which is what any of the rest of them could be. The guy who advertised his tyre service for one and the other ad for whatever it was for another. While we're at it someone should be doing sonething about the amount of sp&m.
