answer a question, it has been 3 months and 20 requests

Why can't I get an answer from Twitter tech support? Do they have a tech support department? I have not been able to add my mobile phone number to my account for months. I have e-mailed and tweeted everyone I can think of.

Is there another service similar to Twitter? Maybe there should be and maybe I will switch. I am very disappointed with this service so far.
