Inappropriate?It might be a problem that's specific to your browser.
I notice in the screenshot that there's a recommendation (highlighted in yellow) advising you to upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer.
Would you happen to know what version you're using now, and does the same problem occur when you use a different browser or a newer version of IE?
