Why can't I block @AnotherAborted , Noah David SImon's newest account? The block button doesn't appear, and I don't know if there is any specific block command I can send to Twitter.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, Mr. Simon is exploiting a hole in the code. He is not following me. There is no pre-emptive block right now on Twitter. Once can only block those who choose to follow.
Meanwhile, Mr. Simon's @PurpleCar tweets to me show up in my replies timeline. Currently, there is no way to block them from coming.
