Twitter newbie: Can I get one RSS feed with updates from everyone I'm following, or do I have to subscribe individually?

Inappropriate? When I use that button for Google Reader, it comes up as having no items.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?I have the same problem with bloglines. I get the message: "No feeds were found. Please verify that the website publishes an RSS feed. " from bloglines when I click on the rss button on the bottom of my updates page. Is it at all possible to get an rss feed with all the updates of everyone i'm following?
I’m confused

Inappropriate?I've browsed around a bit and found "www.freemyfeed.com", which makes a new rss feed that works in bloglines, google reader, ... you have to supply the originial rss feed (at the bottom of your updates page) and your username and password.
Btw, why does twitter require authentication to get an rss feed with all the updates of people that somebody is following?
Surely there could be people who'd want to "outsource" their following to somebody else (like scoble) and want to see exactly what this other person is seeing. A public rss feed with all the updates that somebody else gets would then be useful. There could an option to make this feed public or private, to ensure that you're ok with making this info public.
I’m happy
