Can not follow

I had problems trying to follow many friends since the week beginning.

Hi there. Would you know if you have notifications set to ON for your friend(s)?

When we first follow someone, the device notifications are set to OFF by default. We have to explicitly set them to ON before we receive updates via IM or SMS.

To check if device updates are set to ON for your friends, go to http://twitter.com/friends (login required).

I have been trying to follow "rice_noodle" and it never works.

TORO: Did you try what mdy recommends? Here is what it looks like when I am following my friends AND getting updates sent to my phone:

when I click the FOLLOW bottom, it'll be like this.

Toro, I just tried following that account and was able to do so. Might be a browser problem.

Could you please try typing 'follow rice_noodle' in http://twitter.com/home -- as if you were typing a Twitter update, then click the [Update] button? That should work, unless your account was blocked by @rice_noodle.

WHY @?@" can't someone can tell me why?

The only other explanation I can think of is that rice_noodle has blocked your account. For more information on Block, see this Twitter FAQ page.
