Can Twitter delete mileysavefuzzy?

Hi, (I didn't know how else to contact Twitter with this other than to post it here): I was just wondering if Twitter could delete mileysavefuzzy because it seems to me that they're not using Twitter exactly like it's meant to be used. They're trying to blackmail Miley Cyrus into reopening her Twitter account or they're going to kill and eat their cat. It all just sems very wrong to me... I'm sure this isn't the type of publicity Twitter would really like.
