Can Twitter users have the option of choosing Tweetburner as the URL shortening service (instead of TinyURL)?

Can Twitter users have the option of choosing Tweetburner as the URL shortening service (instead of TinyURL)?

I mostly use Gtalk/Gchat to post tweets to my account, and when a long URL is posted via IM, the default URL-shortening service is TinyURL.

I'd really appreciate the ability to choose Tweetburner as my URL shortening service because:

a. it provides statistics ( such as the number of times a link is clicked ) which don't seem to be readily available with TinyURL; and

b. it lets me view all the URLs that I've tweeted in one convenient list.
