Can you make it possible to send pictures to twitter using SMS or MMS?

I don't have internet on my phone so i cant get any twitter apps on my blackberry to work. I would love to send pictures to my twitter account using SMS or MMS features. It would be so convenient and so many people would love it! It would be very handy! people can find something on the street, snap a picture and then send it over in a text message or picture message with a title and WALA! Its up on twitpic or yfrog. I bring this up because it snowed for the first time this year (November 6, 2009) in upstate ny..and i took a picture and wanted to send it to twitter. i couldnt hook it up to my computer because i was at school, and even if i was at home i couldn't because my computer is broken. I believe this would be a GREAT investment for twitter to take part of...Twitter would be an even bigger hit than ever if this feature is available.
