Can you tell if someone who follows you is receiving device updates on you or just online updates?

I dont believe so, id assume that would be a part of the privacy that the user has with their account. If you really wish to see, wait until you recieve an "@" reply from that user, and click on their profile, find that post, and see whether they posted it from "txt" or "web"
