Cannot install Facebook Twitter App

There seems to be a problem with Twitter's Facebook application. I accidentally uninstalled it, and now when I try to get to the application page to reinstall, I get an error message, using both FireFox and Internet Explorer.

The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.

There is a discussion on Twitter's facebook page, with 50+ replies that people are having the same problem with multiple browsers. This needs to be fixed.
