can't block people

Yes, I'm having that problem with KeishaShort955 / KeishaShort which is a vulgar spammer. Somehow these people fix their profiles so they can't be blocked????

My spammers cant be blocked either, damn irritating. My wife will probably think I am a porn freak with this bloody junk!

I'm experiencing the same thing with several spammer. I go through the process and the message appears that the account is block but it either doesn't disappear or disappears then reappears on my followers list.

I have the same problem with a few people. I even protected my updates, and it asks permission for some people to follow me, but just allows others right in even though they are protected! Does anyone know how to open a trouble ticket? I can figure out how to check existing requests but not make one, and this really seems like a major security issue...

Well, I noticed that this person I can't block is a person that twitter did not send me an email about being a new follower so there is really two problems in one. I think this is a major security issue. If twitter knows it is a problem, why aren't they fixing it? I wish I knew how to make a security ticket too.

I signed up this afternoon, and I already have two people (er, porn spammers) following me and I can't get rid of them. Somebody help!

the individuals that I blocked last night are now gone from my followers listing <yay> But the new ones blocked are still there. Maybe they'll be gone tomorrow? One can only hope...

mine's been sort-of resolved ... when i actually look at my followers, they are gone, but the number of followers listed on my page still is calculated as if they were following me. i direct messaged them and asked them to unfollow me ... i wonder if they actually did, or if twitter finally blocked them, or if they in fact are still following me but just not showing up on the list? seems like twitter should get this figured out sooner than later...

I am unable to block, remove, or turn off device updates on someone on my twitter page. They are clogging up my page with there 20 texts and messages an hour and they are using up my text messages.

I can't block spammers or unfollow people that I am not following.

I haven't been able to follow or block people or save favorite tweets for about 2 weeks. So frustrating. I'm at end of my rope and pulling my hair out because trying to contact Twitter to let them know about trouble with my account is an endless loop!!!!! I've wrote two messages, and checked the box saying "yes", please contact me by email, but NO email from them!!! Hellllp, Twitter, HELP!!!!!!
