can't find myself

I've created a Twitter account for my company a few months ago. I've posted a few tweets, changed status from public to private and back once, and twice I posted a tweet which wasn't quite right, so I deleted it within a minute and re-posted with a similar tweet (the issue was the bit.ly link which wasn't working as I wanted it to).
Now I can't find my organization either in people search or in Twitter search. Why? I can't believe deleting and re-posting two tweets would put me into the category of dangerous spam-risky users.
I created the user account to make my company and its news updates more visible to the world. So far It's not really getting anywhere.
