cant find myself in search (because of previous user)

Here is the problem, My tweets are not showing up in twitters search and I think I know why.
My account was being used by a impersonator, I had their account suspended and then it was transferred over to me.

Then I read this on twitters help section:

"Finding yourself from search.twitter.com

If your updates are missing from Twitter search, your account may be under investigation for spam. If you've been following aggressively, or your account has been previously suspended, your account will not turn up in search results. Accounts suspended for violations will not be re-added to search results."

now the account was not suspended because of me, it was suspended because of a impersonator using it. and then transferred over. I think that this is the reason that my tweets are not showing up in twitters search. How can I get this resolved so I can show up in search again.

I wish the account was just transferred over in the first place and never suspended, then this would not be happening.
