Are you receiving any sort of error message? Are you trying to send a direct message or an update/tweet?

The error message is simply that a program can't be found to send the direct message. It asks if I want to save my message or go online to find a program to use. There is an icon that appears with a small blue, red and green circle indicating a problem.
