Can't restore, can't log in to delete account, can't set new account up and twitter support aren't listening !

My account was created about 3 months ago and deleted by myself soon after. I try to restore my account, the email comes, I click to restore but when i try to log in it says i have to restore and round we go again back to the beginning. I keep emailing support who tell me to log in to permanently delete the account. I can't log in as it says I need to restore etc etc!! I'm going round in circles and this has gone on for 2 months now. If i try to start a new account obviously it tells me my phone number is in use. Please help this is so frustrating.
