Can't retrieve password
I cannot retrieve my password, and the help screen asks for my phone number. none of my phone numbers works. What's worse, the alternative help screen wants the date I signed up, and other trivia that I simply don't remember. This is unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.

Inappropriate?Mine keeps asking for my email address, and it says it sent an email, but it never arrives at any of my email addresses. I've tried in vain to contact Twitter, to no avail. Very frustrating.
