Can't syndicated or feature a hashtag search rss!

Having an issue aggregating an RSS feed onto my website. I'm managing a conference website and we can't seem to keep our twitter hashtag active. Either the direct link breaks when pulled into HTML or if I try to syndicate through feedburner or yahoo! pipes I get an error message. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
