Can't update user icon for several days now
Every time I attempt to upload a user icon, I immediately get the "too many tweets" screen with the whale image, this has been going on for about 3 days now...

Inappropriate?Hello. There's a known issue with image uploads. Twitter has a blogpost about it (link here)
It seems that users have the most trouble with uploading .gifs image files, and the most success with .pngs and .jpgs. It might help to try other image formats and see if that does the trick for you.
