Can't verify my phone....and it's driving me crazy

Well...a few months ago my text updates stopped being uploaded so no one was getting them...I wait to see if the problem would solve itself until I gave up and tried starting from scratch...NOW I CAN'T VERIFY MY PHONE! It's a Sprint Samsung Instinct...please help
