customers can see twitter api login box on my web pages

I thought that the annoying twitter login box that keeps popping onto my screen was only an issue for me. I was willing to wait to see if it got fixed. Now I am getting emails from people who view my blog that are telling me that when they try to view may page, they get the darned thing, too. The fact that this problem with twitter is not just impacting me, but people that view my blog, is extremely irritating! This has been going on for DAYS! and I don't see it addressed anywhere on the site!

Get at this or I will have no other alternative to close my account. I am hoping that will resolve the problem but if it doesn't I will be contacting my attorney. I may be losing customers AND money due to the fact that it's been nearly a week and it doesn't seem that you want to correct the problem.
