Cyber-Stalking and eHarassment on Twitter

How can you report cyber-stalking and harassment on Twitter? There is currently no recourse as the narrow focus of the TOS prohibits reporting through the help desk.

I’m annoyed at the lack of recourse.

The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

how can a person be allowed to harass a group of fine gay men/women and even if we block him...its not gonna stop him...his name is TheMalison and I for one am tired of his filthy remarks
