Direct Contact With Twitter Staff
Allow people to directly contact twitter support staff rather than having to use a third party site, which may not deliver the support issue to twitters attention properly. Create a proper support area for contacting a member of staff, it's easy.

Inappropriate?Hi Vimbeee. You can log a support issue directly with Twitter's support system at http://twitter.com/help
Usually within minutes of logging a support issue, you'll receive an automatically generated confirmation email that confirms receipt of your issue. It will be assigned a ticket number and queued with other support tickets.
The confirmation email will have a link that you can click so you can view the support ticket page itself, and there is a form available where you can provide additional information as needed.

I agree with you but why cant there just be a normal contact form or a separate option in the selection box for general enquiries, where it allows you to input name, email and comments instead of "This is what I DID", "This is what I EXPECTED to happen", "This is what ACTUALLY happened" and "This is how I feel about it in 140 characters or less"?
This way of contacting twitter put me of submitting a problem. -
The other way is to simply send an email to support AT twitter DOT com. Emails that are sent to that email address will land in the same support system, and you'll still get the auto-generated email confirmation. That should save you the trouble of having to go through the form. 8-) Oh, and fwiw, if it's a general inquiry, I just put all my info in "This is what I Did" and I leave the rest of the form empty. The system still accepts it. -
Oh I didn't know you could leave other fields blank and that was the main problem. Thanks for letting me know. Will just enter desired info from now on. -
