Do not get confirmation text

I entered my phone number, but I don't seem to be getting the confirmation text. This has happened with other SMS. If I apply throguh the internet, I never get the text. If apply through text, it will work.

Any help?

In case someone is wondering about the phone, it's an LG (VX835V02 i think) on the verizon network
