Does the US twitter short code(40404)count as an text to an international number?
The US short code for twitter is 40404. Is that international? What I'm saying is, I have free unlimited NOT INTERNATIONAL text messages, but i don't have free international texting. So will it charge me? I think its local but I'm not sure... i know it charged me when I sent one with the whole "+44 7624 801423" deal. So does 40404 just count as a regular non-international text message?
