Is there any way I can donate to twitter so they can improve their performance?

Inappropriate?Twitter says in a recent interview (published Jun 12, 2008) that money is not the issue, so I'm afraid donations won't really help at this point.
The relevant excerpt (the emphasis / italics are mine):
Q. Is Twitter considering a paid model?
A. No. Not for the usage we are talking about now. It is very important that Twitter remains free for people to remain connected.
Some people are suggesting a paid model so that we can improve the service but money is not our issue; we have plenty of money. It’s about getting the right architecture in place and boosting reliability. We want to keep it free.
I'm sure they appreciate your willingness to help, though. 8-)
I’m in a good mood

well nice to know you got enough money, I hope you get the architecture fixed soon,
maybe the first architecture has to be dumped in favour of a new one, which is planned out really well? -
Inappropriate? They've got a blogpost up on the Twitter Developer blog that talks about what they intend to do with architecture, in case you're interested.
See Twittering about Architecture.
