Each time I log on GTalk, I don't receive any update from my friends, nor notification
Each time I log on GTalk, I don't receive any update from my friends, nor notification, but the problem is over if I go to http://twitter.com/devices, delete and start over the IM configuration and write the activation code to twitter@twitter.com on my GTalk.
I have the Mobile Phone configuration, of course, OFF. I have the IM ON, of course.
I tried to, when I connect to GTalk, send ON to twitter@twitter.com, but no way. It didn't work for me. Nor first OFF and then ON. The bot answered me, but no update from my friends or notification arrived.

Assuming you have the IM device setup correctly.
In order to receive updates from your friends, you'll have to turn their notifcation on, have you done that?
By default, when you follow a person, the notification is off. You can (log in) and go to http://twitter.com/friends and click on the notification On checkbox.

Inappropriate?No, Thomas, it isn't. I have the notifications activated for some users, and I have some terms tracked. All work well on GTalk when I delete the configuration on http://www.twitter.com/devices and do it again, sending the activation code to twitter@twitter.com on my GTalk.
Then, I start receiving the updates from my contacts whom notifications I've activated, and those in which terms I've tracked appear. -
