Everything is Frozen! Can't Follow Anyone/They can't Follow Me!
My following/followers has been frozen for several days. I can't follow anyone new and no one can follow me. I don't appear to have exceeded any follow limits and my ratio of followers to following is very close (822/872). Can someone fix this issue?
