FIX @ REPLIES visable to Non Followers from Locked Accounts
@reples to non followers from an account with locked updates. There should be no reason why a deliberate @ reply to a non follower with an open account shouldn't be visible. Please fix this gross oversight. Many people with locked accounts would like to chime in with CNN or their favorite band yet still protect their personal updates from prying eyes

Inappropriate?I second this, vocalyz. I'd rather keep my account private but those who aren't following me cannot see my replies. IE: To those talking about topics I reply about, etc. I wish Twitter WOULD fix this issue.
