Follow and block buttons not working.

I cannot follow other people too. Please help to continue work with twitter. Thank you so much.

I have had this problem for months. I have cleared my cache but still cannot use the block or follow buttons (I have to go to the user's page and click on follow or block on the left). The new lists buttons don't work either. These look like normal form buttons in the source but perhaps the response is some script that I can't run. I'm using Firefox 3.5.3. Buttons work in IE.

I think I've sussed it, at least in my case. I'm using Adblock Plus to block http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/ because the "What are you doing?" box ran slow with these apis running. I've unblocked the site the the buttons work again. What's more, the go slow problem seems to be improved.

I was so excited to try this solution, but regrettably, it didn't work for me. The buttons still won't work, plus last night, the background disappeared on my account, and I can't get it back or replace it! I'm losing everything at Twitter, including my mind! (I am laughing, but I'm serious!) So frustrating. Thank you so much PenguinJunk for great idea & trying to help. I appreciate it so much. Could the new Windows 7 have anything to do with this problem?

Sorry it didn't work for you. The indicator of the 'problem' I had was that the character count didn't show above the "What are you doing?" box (it was this counter that caused things to run slowly) so if this is the case you may want to consider unblocking the google apis site. You may have a point with WIndows 7, but I don't know anything about that OS (still using XP and thinking of moving to a mac). How frustrating for you. Sorry again!
