Follow w/o twitter account?
I was wondering if you can follow someone from your mobile WITHOUT having a twitter account, but simply follow them by txting 'follow blah' to 40404

Inappropriate?When a non-Twitter user follows someone via mobile by sending 'follow username' to 40404, Twitter creates a mobile-only account so that person can follow others.
