I saw your post that states the problem of missing followers and followings will soon be updated. Give it a couple of hours to propagate. You posted that 11 hours ago, and mine have still not been restored. I have not confirmed any devices within the last 12 hours. Thanks!

The place to vent your frustration is the topic Followers and Following are all gone - when will this be fixed?, which is where all the action is - with official Twitter participation! - at the moment.
Go there and help them by giving them your Twitter username and stating whether or not you've recently added/changed your mobile device information.
